This kitchen and bathroom remodel started with removing interior walls and adding large windows and doors to create an open floor plan, maximize natural light, and open up the kitchen and living space to a lush backyard and entertainment area. The goal of the remodel was to create a flow within the interior space that resonated with the client's lifestyle.

Inspired by a traditional yet modern aesthetic, the design combined white subway tiles in the kitchen backsplash and shower, herringbone marble tile surrounding the fireplace, and hexagon tile to add a modern flare. Custom cabinetry was built, installed, and painted by the team, which included specialty appliance garages with pocket doors, a floor-to-ceiling pantry with pull-out shelves, full extension glides, and soft-close hinges to maximize accessibility, and a custom panel for the dishwasher to conceal the appliance and create an elegant finished look. The cabinets were finished with a lacquer finish to ensure durability and longevity.

Quartz countertops were fabricated and installed by our team, and the wood floors were refinished, sanded, stained, and installed by our flooring team. We selected counter-depth appliances to keep within budget while still achieving a high-end appearance. In addition to the kitchen and bathroom, our team fabricated and installed the custom fireplace mantel and hearth, both designed specifically according to the client's style.

The overall result was a beautiful, functional, and modern living space that met the client's needs and exceeded their expectations.
