Fremont Avenue
Our work-live loft is characterized by its industrial build. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by concrete columns and countertops, floor to ceiling grid windows, and exposed ducting, plumbing, and electrical lines.
While we find it charming, others might view it as cold or a stale pallet, so we decided to warm it up by adding a bohemian chic touch. The white modular couches dressed with Turkish embroidered pillows sit upon both a jute and a black and white layered rug to give off that warmth and comfortability we want to provide for all our clients.
Just across from that area is our custom-made, walnut dining table and the unique ratan CB2 chairs where we typically hold client meetings. Right by the entrance is our little office, one side decorated with pink and gold wallpaper, which complements the white furniture.
We love mixing finishes, so while there are a lot of gold accents we also incorporated brushed chrome and wood elements to keep it interesting. There is a lot to take in in this space and most of the time visitors’ breath is taken away when they first walk in!
