The main house offers large, light-filled rooms with views of the beautiful San Gabriel Mountains, hardwood floors, a Batchelder tile fireplace, crown moldings, picture moldings, new central air and heating, and an updated 200 amp electrical panel, and a large basement area.

Although a beautiful home with a lot of charm, the kitchen was outdated and the flow in the house was not ideal. The kitchen and bathrooms host the original era of the home and were awaiting the final touch to round out this marvelous home and that’s where we came in!

One of the three bedrooms was set up as a guest suite located off the kitchen.  We opened up the kitchen and breakfast nook while closing off the bathroom and relocating the entrance.

This beautiful remodel included an appliance garage with pocket doors in the kitchen to maximize accessibility. A drop zone off the kitchen near the back entrance from the driveway; perfect entry for dropping off groceries and shopping bags.

Built-in appliances throughout the custom, shaker style, inset cabinetry paired with a beautiful glass tile backsplash.  The bathroom was a simple straight-line layout with modern teak wood, freestanding vanity, and timeless subway tile throughout the tub/shower area.
