Below is a breakdown of the design and build phases of our process.
Phase One
The Design

Design Debut
(4-6 Weeks)
Your project begins with a discovery meeting to confirm a site plan of your existing home, code research, and a layout meeting to create options with consideration of your lifestyle and needs.

The Blue Print
(6-9 Weeks)
After discussing your vision for aesthetics and use of space, we’ll guide you through our streamlined interior design process. Over the course of six design meetings, we’ll dive deeper into the materials and products to best suit your project.

Signed, Sealed, & Delivered
(4-6 Weeks)
The last steps of the design process include the design wrap-up and purchase meeting to get final approval and present elevations and 3D renderings, after which the construction agreement is signed.
Phase Two
The Build

Forms & Foundation
(4 Weeks)
Once the plans are approved, we’ll apply for the necessary permits and meet with you and our team to review access, storage, and job site preparation. Most importantly, we use this time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. -
The Build Out
(16-24 weeks)
Now you can sit back and watch your build come to life! Throughout the building process, you’ll receive regular updates via our easy-to-use website portal, weekly progress meetings, and in-depth inspection reports.

Home Sweet Home
(4 Weeks)
After project completion, we’ll have a walkthrough with you to create a final punch list and address any necessary changes. Providing a final project that exceeds expectations is our number one priority — we look forward to partnering with you on your next project.
